How to Create and Access your Email Accounts?
This tutorial shows you how to create new email, change your email password and read email using mail client.

Login CPanel
First, login CPanel with your username and password from web browser using the weburl http://www.yourdomain.com/cpanel. |

Create Email Account
After login CPanel, click on Email Accounts, you will able to create new email and view all your current emails. To Add a New Email Account, please fill in account Email, Password and Mailbox Quota and click on Create. Your new create email account will be youraccount@yourdomain.com (eg. michael@comdev.com).
Click on Yes on question "Do you wish to configure the account to work with a mail client (Outlook, Mail.app)?", then you will receive information of email settings. |

Read Email
You have two option to read email either using Web Mail to view email message or using Mail Client such as Outlook.
Option 1: Web Mail
Using web mail to read your email is just simple. First, type in http://webmail.yourdomain.com in web browser and enter your email - youraccount@yourdomain.com and password. |

Then, there are three type to read email. You can pick on Read Mail using RoundCube and you able to view all email received. After you check your email, you can click on Logout. |

Option 2: Mail Client - Microsoft Outlook
If your mail client is Microsoft Outlook, you may follow the guide below.
Open your Microsoft Outlook, on menu Tools, select E-mail Accounts. Then, on the E-mail Accounts wizard window, select Add a new e-mail account, and then click Next.
For Server Type, select POP3, and then click Next. |

For Internet E-mail Settings (POP3) window, enter your information as follows:
Incoming Mail Server: mail.yourdomain.com Outgoing Mail Server: mail.yourdomain.com
* For Streamyx user, the Outgoing Mail Server is : smtp-proxy.tm.net.my
Then, click More Settings. |

On the Internet E-mail Settings window, go to the Outgoing Server tab.
Select My outgoing server (SMTP) requires authentication.
If you did not change the SMTP relay section, select Use same settings as my incoming mail server.
If you changed the user name and password in the SMTP relay section of your Manage Email Accounts page, select Log on using and enter the user name and password. |

Then, fill in the port number on Advanced tab.
Incoming Server: 110 Outgoing Server: 25. Then click OK.
Check your settings and click Next and you have successfully setup your email account.

Change Email Password
For email account holder, you can Change Your Email Password. Login with your username and password at http://webmail.yourdomain.com. On left bottom, click on Change Password. Simply fill in your new password and click on Change. |
